We never have the intention of making major changes. You have built a successful firm that serves its community, and nobody knows the needs of the community better than you and your staff. We will integrate your firm onto our management and accounting systems and a team will work with your staff for training and assist in their growth and development. Funeral Firms are a local community business, and your firm will continue to cater to the community that is built around it.
Will my staff be retained?
Yes. Your team is integral to the success of the firm. It is never our intention to make major changes unless it is determined mutually that the business needs more hands on deck.
Will you raise prices?
No, your funeral home is valued based on the current operations and pricing structure. We aim to increase the value provided to the community, not make the same services more expensive.
